PRODUCT SPECIALIST - COTE D'IVOIRE
Task:
· Evaluate customer needs in order to identify best fit solution based on in depth Sysmex product knowledge.
· Assist sales team with tender instrument specification evaluation and other activities such as reagent quantity or cost per test calculations.
· Proactively promote Sysmex as a value-add partner in the form of quality management processes and educational and scientific support.
· Establish and train on total quality assurance systems for Sysmex instrumentation in line with laboratory accreditation requirements.
· Assist with preparation and organisation and participate in scientific symposia and works hops in order to promote clinical value of the Sysmex product offering to customers and sales team.
· Provide application support to customers in the form of instrument set-up at installation, operator training and troubleshooting in haematology, coagulation and urinalysis.
Education/ experience:
· Degree/diploma in medical laboratory/biological sciences
· Should have min. 3 years post qualification experience in a medical diagnostics laboratory, preferably in haematology and coagulation
· Advanced in Word, Excel and Powerpoint

· Above average ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Must have good presentation and report writing skills with attention to detail
· Should have a passion for learning and the ability to effectively impart knowledge to others
· Must be an independent and self-motivated team player
· Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
· Must be able to communicate in both English and French and be fluent in at least one of these languages (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
· Preference will be given to ECOWAS citizens that can demonstrate proficiency in both languages at all levels of communication
