Robert WALTERS, one of the world’s leading specialist professional recruitment consultancies is looking for its client, a subsidiary of the world's largest fertiliser company in the agri-business sector, a Sales Manager in Tunisia.

Poste

Position Purpose:

Reporting to the CEO Tunisia Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Lead the development and implementation of the Sales strategy in the business unit, aligned to the business objectives,
- Responsible for overall performance of Sales function within the business unit
- Manage interactions with all functional heads of the business, Finance, HR, Factory, Supply Chain, and Marketing.
- Responsible for developing the annual and monthly sales plan, Product, Volume and Value wise.
- Responsible for SKU-wise forecast accuracy, Product availability, Visibility outlet coverage and Sales System productivity.
- Ensure range selling and productivity of sales calls.
- Administer the credit policy of the company .
- Ensure customer relationships and service levels in term of order fulfilment, merchandising, in shop promos, frequency of service and complaints handling.
- Periodically review performance of Marketing team
- Ensure adequate pipeline of talent and skills for succession by designing and activating a field force career path and plan in collaboration with Unit HR.
- Develop Salesmen Incentive programme to augment company objectives in the market.
Profil recherché
Experience & Skills :

- Ideally min 10 years of relevant functional experience in reputed Companies, in Consumer food Industry
- Technical or functional qualification with a Management Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with specialization in Sales & Distribution/Marketing from a reputed Business School.
- Track record of strong strategic and people leadership, organisational development
- Sales budgeting and Forecasting, Warehousing, and distribution
- Good understanding of Finance with strong analytical skills
- Motivating, coaching and developing people
- Ability to solve conflicts among areas/ functions
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key external stakeholders
- Effective communication, presentation and facilitation
- Costumer care
